The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and had a homey atmosphere. Great location, close to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.

I had a great value stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had all the basics I needed, including a kitchen for self-catering. The location was perfect, close to public transport and only a short distance from the airport.

Staff were so kind and helpful , best priced family motel I found in my 18 years staying at christchurch, rooms are older then some places but very clean good beds and great for a family off 6 to stay in. Will be coming back for sure.

We stayed at a motel with a friendly host, who provided us with helpful advice on local attractions and transportation options. The motel was conveniently located, close to the airport and on the main road to the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a continental breakfast included. We also appreciated the swings and trampoline for the kids to enjoy.
The heater in the living room took a while to warm up, making it a bit chilly initially.

Infrastructure slightly old fashioned but the owners were exceptionally helpful. Located next to a bus stop which takes you directly into and out of the CBD. yet close to airport and city bypass north/south.

Friendly and helpful staff that provided great tips for things to see and do. The location was convenient and accessible to key attractions and amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard, with dirty dishes and stains on the bedding. The shower pressure was weak and difficult to use properly.

It was very convenient after a long flight into Christchurch - staff were very friendly - easy access to local supermarket for provisions.

We were in transit through Christchurch and we needed somewhere close to the airport - for this purpose Belle Bonne was perfect. It was an easy 5min drive to the airport and they also had a shuttle available. Front desk staff were very helpful with local information and shuttle/taxi bookings
Bedding was a little uncomfortable and room was a bit cold but still a friendly motel to stay at

During my stay, I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, parking, and location close to the airport. I also found it convenient that there were shops and the Riccarton markets nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

It was quite old and needed a facelift. Kitchen bench had chips, cupboards old an sagging. Bedroom dresser stained and marked. Bathroom - only shower gel in refill bottle - no extras like soap, tissues, shower cap. Toilet seat old and scratched - should be replaced. Sky tv was limited - Sports not connected although advertised. Was expensive for the poor quality of the rooms
